Transactions over £25,000 from October 2020

The request was successful.

Dear Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority,

Thank you for publishing your spend data here: https://www.gov.uk/government/collection... . However, I notice that you haven't published any spending data since September 2020.

We understand that due to the COVID-19 pandemic it may not have been a priority to publish your spending data. However, we strongly believe that the spending data is critical to understanding how Government functions and this data is vital for our work. We would be extremely grateful if you could update this information as soon as reasonably possible.

I'd like to make a request under the Freedom of Information act for all transactions over £25,000 from October 2020 to a month in arrears from the date at which you publish in response to this request.

Please provide the data in a machine readable format (preferably csv). As a minimum, please make sure to include the date, value and recipient of each transaction. Please also provide details on the procurement category of each transaction if you have it.

Your team may also be interested in the guidance on producing spending data:

Dear Ms Pongracz,

Freedom of Information Act (2000) Request

Thank you for your email in which you have asked for information from the
Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA).

Request

I'd like to make a request under the Freedom of Information act for all
transactions over £25,000 from October 2020 to a month in arrears from the
date at which you publish in response to this request. Please provide the
data in a machine readable format (preferably csv). As a minimum, please
make sure to include the date, value and recipient of each transaction.
Please also provide details on the procurement category of each
transaction if you have it.

Response

I can confirm that the CICA does hold the information you have requested.
Please see the attached spreadsheet which contains CICA’s spending
transparency data from October 2020 to October 2021 (inclusive). The
information is broken down by the calendar months in which these payments
were made by CICA. Please note that the specific dates shown for each
individual payment relate to the date upon which an invoice was generated,
rather than the date of payment.

Publication of CICA’s spending transparency data is undertaken by the
Ministry of Justice, Finance Management and Control. The information will
be made available online, but at the time of writing there is no confirmed
date for publication.

Future publications will be available at the following link:

Please remember to quote the reference number above in any future
