Transactions over £25,000 from January 2016

I'd like to make a request under the Freedom of Information act for all transactions over £25,000 from January 2016 to at most a month in arrears from the date at which you publish in response to this request.

Please provide the data in a machine readable format (preferably csv). As a minimum, please make sure to include the date, value and recipient of each transaction. Please also provide details on the procurement category of each transaction if you have it.

In relation to expenditure for January 2019, please be advised that the
Trust are withholding this information under s.22 of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000. This exemption relates to information which is
intended for future publication.
 
Section 22 is subject to a public interest test. This means the Trust,
having identified the exemption has to consider in relation to the
exemption relied upon the public interest test in maintaining those
exemptions (and not disclosing all or any part of the information).
 
In relation to disclosing the information, releasing the information would
help to promote accountability and transparency in Government decision
making. 
 
In relation to withholding the information, this information is due to be
extracted and published shortly. We do not deem it in the publish interest
to duplicate this work for a single request when it is already due to be
undertaken as part of the work schedule by the Trust, and published
accordingly. In addition, to release information before final revisions
are completed could lead to inaccurate data being published, which could
in turn, be a reputational risk to the Trust. In line with the
Government’s transparency agenda, the Trust intend to publish expenditure
for January 2019 shortly. As such, it will then be available to access on
the Trust website using the link above.
 
The trust has therefore decided to maintain the exemption against
disclosing this information.
 
I trust that you are satisfied with this response.  If you are
dissatisfied, you can ask us to carry out an internal review.  Your
request for an internal review should be received no later than two months
from the date of this response.  An internal review is undertaken by a
senior officer on behalf of our Chief Executive.  If you remain
