Thank you for your request for information by e-mail on 4th March 2024 to which you state,
under the Freedom of Information Act (Scotland) 2002, I request the following information.
Could you please give a list of the trams in your fleet by number (i.e. these numbers here)
alongside how many days each tram has spent in service, or number of journeys completed, from
7th October 2023 to the present.
I have now processed and considered your original request under the terms of the Freedom of
Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and can comment as follows.
1. Edinburgh Trams has a fleet of 27 Trams, with fleet numbers ranging from 251 to 277 as
listed out below.
2. To facilitate your request for the second part of the request I myself have undertaken a
review of information available to which is summarised below.
3. Period requested covers 150 Days to 4th March 2024, . Of these days I have listed out the
days each tram may not have been in service for various reasons ie Planned Maintenance,
Repair or Not Required as 17 Trams only required for standard service.
4. Note Tram 260 involved in an “Non Blameworthy RTC” hence higher days not available .

To answer your request I have utilised the number of days each tram was not utilised for whatever
reason, leaving days most trams were is service.
