Tram Crew Duty Cards

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Transport for London should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Transport for London,

Please could you send me an old crew duty card from London Tramlink. I have contacted First Tram Operations and they have told me to ask TfL to get this information. I understand that they are not covered by the FOI act but could you possibly obtain one for me.

Yours faithfully,

Max West

Dear Mr West

Our ref: FOI-4597-1718/GH

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 19
February 2018 asking for an old crew duty card from London Tramlink.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require. The Duty cards
are a TOL (Tram Operations Limited) document, and TfL does not hold any of
these.

We would also expect that TOL would consider this information as
commercially sensitive. We have refused previous requests for Duty Cards
on London Underground under section 38(1) of the FOI Act, and the
Information Commissioner in Decision Notice [1]FS50607218 agreed with our
decision.

If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached
information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely

Dear FOI,

Could you possibly ask FTO if they could respond because I understand it is commercially sensitive information but that is why I asked for an old duty card not a new one

Yours sincerely,

Max West
