December 2017 asking for the London Underground Limited Trains Functional
Council minutes.

A response will be sent to you by 4 January 2018. We publish a substantial

December 2017 asking for the London Underground Limited Trains Functional
Council minutes.

 

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that
we do hold the information you require.

 

Please find attached a zip file containing the London Underground Limited
Trains Functional Council minutes for meeting numbers 80-92.

 

All the requested minutes have been provided, however some minutes have
been numbered incorrectly. The minutes provided are:

82 (meeting on 22/02/16)

84 (meeting on 23/06/16)

84 (meeting on 12/07/16)

85 (meeting on 29/07/16)

86 (meeting on 28/10/16)

87 (meeting on 13/12/16)

88 (meeting reconvened on 12/05/16)

90 (meeting on 21/06/17)

91 (meeting on 26/07/17)

92 (meeting on 13/10/17)

 

Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under the Data
Protection Act 1998 (DPA), where individual members of staff have been
discussed, their names or other information which may identify them has
been redacted as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because
disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the DPA,
specifically the first principle of the DPA which requires all processing
of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose
this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it
would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions of
Schedule 2 of the Data Protection Act which would make the processing
‘fair’.
