Dear Northern Regional College,
Can you provide the number of delayed training allowance payments (£40) for years 2015, 2016 and 2017. I only require this information in relation to trainees who attended the Newtownabbey Campus and who were enrolled on work based learning courses.
Can you provide a breakdown of the reasons why such non-means tested allowances were delayed for payment during this 3 year period?

The information that you have requested is not held in an easily accessible format by the College. We believe that it would take a considerable amount of time to extract and collate the information requested. Taking into account the likely costs of searching the records and the number of people that would need to be involved, we believe that the cost of complying with your request would far exceed the appropriate limit.
