Dear Mr Lee

Thank you for your e-mail, requesting information from the Planning Inspectorate.

PINS does not provide formal training.  As part of our engagement and duty to provide advice under s51 of the PA2008, this can include delivering presentations on the process
for applying for a DCO.  Such presentations are in the public domain.   By way of advice and assistance, an example here is a link to a note from an initial meeting held
between PINS and RWM in Aug 2017 which contains a presentation on the process:

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your request for information, or the way we handled your request, then you can ask for an internal review.  Details of our review
procedures and contact details for the Information Commissioner’s Office are set out in the attached leaflet.
