Dear Equality and Human Rights Commission,

1. Please provide details of the training provided to all staff employed by the Commission on the Equality Act 2010.

2. Please set out what training staff receive (1) as part of their induction, and (2) on an ongoing basis as part of their training and development.

3. Please indicate how frequently training is provided to existing staff and indicate how Commission staff are kept up to date with relevant case law.

4. Please provide copies of the materials used for all training and development on the Equality Act 2010 internally.

5. Please also provide copies of the materials used to inform Commission staff of the Commission's responsibilities as set out in the Equality Act 2006.
