Further to the submission of our notice on 31 December 2022 following your
request for information under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like
to provide you with an update in respect of information which has come to
my attention. In addition to the nil returns already provided to you, I
can confirm that the following occurred which would constitute training:

i/  1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022 –

ii/ 1st April 2022 to 30th November 2022 –  YES.  Councillor Kelham Cooke
undertook four days training in Boston Massachusetts in October 2022.

Cost to the Council of the training in Boston Massachusetts was £1375.00

Thank you for your email.

May I take this opportunity to make a slight amendment to the title of the course. In my response to you I indicated that it was an LGA course, when in fact it was led by the Leadership Centre, facilitated by the Birmingham Leadership Institute at the University of Birmingham.
