trafficking victims held in immigration removal centres (IRCs) in 2018 (from January 1st -
December 31st)

The data you have requested is set out at Annex A below. Please note the comments
concerning this data within the Annex. The data has not been assured to the standard of
Official Statistics.

3 The data provided gives the number of individuals who received a positive Conclusive Grounds (CG) outcome either; at any time before
their detention start date, or during the period of detention where detention was continued for more than 30 days after the CG outcome
4 Where a positive CG outcome was given before entering detention - this may have been at any point, and therefore could be outside of the date range specified
5 The data shows individuals who were in detention at any time during the period of 01-Jan-18 and 31-Dec-18. As such, the detention start and/or end date may fall outside of the date range.
6 Where individuals have multiple detentions which meet the required criteria, only one instance of detention has been included
