The terms of reference and the scope of work for the market town studies
were agreed by members when they agreed the programme for the studies. The
relevant committee reports are attached.

 

 2. A list of the specific roads monitored.

 

 

 3. Interim and/or final reports regarding the traffic study.

 

Work on the study is ongoing and we do not have a draft or final report
that we can release at this stage. The report will be made public and
adopted in due course

 

 4. The specific proposed use or future intended use[s] for the
information and the subsequent reports arising out of the traffic
study.
