Dear Strategic Infrastructure Admin,

Thank you for the infomation supplied but I point out that this is not complete.
Firstly there is no report for Queens Drive, as requested.
Secondly there are no documents providing CEC views. The two files contain only raw data and have no analysis. It is self evident that these exist. It would be most surprising that studies are undertaken and then there is no view as to the outcome.
I therefore request an internal review of the response.

Yours sincerely

Interesting.
I asked for three traffic studies (citing a reference number) which certainly took place. CEC say they only have two. So I will ask again for the third and not quote the refence number this time.
Then there is the matter of what the studies mean. CEC say they have no reports. So our Highways are completing traffic studies, but when they have the results, they do not have documents to say what it all means.
It begs the question, why do studies at all if you are not going to consider the results!
