Please provide a list of all Proposed traffic schemes as per the CON29 questions:

Has a local authority approved but not yet implemented any of the following for the roads, footways and footpaths (which are named in Boxes B) and C and are within 200 metres of the boundaries of the property?

(a) permanent stopping up or diversion 

(b) waiting or loading restrictions 

(c) one way driving 

(d) prohibition of driving 

(e) pedestrianisation 

(f) vehicle width or weight restriction 

(g) traffic calming works including road
humps 

(h) residents parking controls 

(i) minor road widening or improvement

Thank you for your email received on 18 January 2018 requesting information about Traffic Schemes 2018.

I have recorded your request for information under reference F2018.01.4263.

In line with guidance published by the Information Commissioner’s Office, the council may make a charge for the provision of information – for example in order to cover the costs of postage (in line with the relevant postal charges) or charges for printing and copying (which will reflect photocopying charges levied by the council’s public libraries) or if this falls within the regulations of an EIR (Environmental Information).

You will be informed if a fee is to be applied before information is to be provided.

Dear Ms Crean,

Freedom of Information request F2018-01-4263

We have looked into your request for information about Con 29 questions and our response is detailed below.

Having reviewed your request the information you have requested falls within the confines of the Environmental Information Regulations, and as such this response is based on this.

In accordance with the EIR any such data provided will attract a standard charge of £34 per hour for all activities associated with the provision of the data.

However you request does not specify any information in relation to the following " (which are named in Boxes B) and C and are within 200 metres of the boundaries of the property". Until you provide this information I am unable to provide what the estimated cost would be in accordance with the regulations.

I would however advise that the information you have requested is available as part of a Personal Search Service, which the Local Authority provide under Local Land Charges, or a Con29.

I would therefore be grateful if you could advise on how you wish to proceed in relation to your request, and/or provide further information to enable us to assess the relevant costs under the Environmental Information Regulations a
