Response

The Director has delegated authority to pursue and make Traffic Regulation
Orders (TROs), Highway Improvements and Stopping Ups as a consequence
there is no formal Officer Decision required.

In the case of TROs only, if objections are received during the 'proposals
stage' then they are reported to Planning and Regulation Committee for a
decision and recorded in the minutes.

When a TRO is made and implemented it is formally advertised and held on
deposit at the relevant District Council in accordance with the Statutory
Regulations which govern the processing of such Orders. We do not at
present put the information on our website except for Major Schemes.

The information requested forms part of a CON29 Highways Search and should
be regarded as being dealt with under EIR. The information can be obtained
on payment of a fee via the Highway Searches Team. The list of fees is on
the LCC website (Land Charges) and requests should be made via
[4][email address]

Lincolnshire County Council believes that the response outlined above
satisfies your request for information under the Freedom of Information
Act and that all information that can be made available to you has been
provided.

You are entitled to an internal review of the administration of your
request. You can request an internal review by contacting
[5][email address]. Should you remain dissatisfied following the
outcome of the review you can submit a formal complaint to the Information
Commissioner's Office. Further information can be obtained from their
website [6]www.ico.org.uk.

Once again, thank you for your enquiry.

Yours sincerely
