Dear Mr Newey,

Thank you for your request of 30 August 2023 in which you asked for the
following information:

Witney recently introduced 20mph speed limits that cover the majority of
the roads in the town. It is my understanding that, in order to render the
20mph limits legally enforceable, a valid Traffic Regulation Order (TRO)
must be in place.

Please provide copies of any TROs relating to the 20mph speed limits in
and around the Witney area. This request specifically pertains to the
following roads at a minimum;
