I am looking to find out if the proposed Traffic regulations orders within the Shepway District Council, Joint Transportation Board, 2018, Feb, 26th, Reports went ahead and if so in which newspaper and date were they all advertised

The traffic regulation orders, proposed within the council’s joing
transportation board meeting on the 26^th February 2018, were advertised
as follows:
- Advertised Proposal Notices advertised in the Kent Messenger on
04/05/2018 (attached)
- Advertised Proposal Notices advertised in the Kent Messenger on
03/08/2018 (attached)
All of the attached traffic regulation proposals went ahead, with
exception of Lewis Road and Hollands Avenue, as per the attached Cabinet
Members report.
