We're waiting for PWharton to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Lancashire Constabulary,

Could you please provide me with a breakdown of traffic offences for each year over the previous 4 years in relation to Stanifield Lane, Farington and Canberra Road, Leyland.

Could you also provide me with the number of reported accidents/incidents involving vehicles or pedestrians on these roads for the same time period.

Yours faithfully,

Good Afternoon Mr Wharton,

I write to you with regards to your Freedom of Information request below
which we received on 12/11/2018, reference 4037/18.

Upon reading your request, are you able to clarify on what is meant by
“traffic offences”? E.g. are you interested in one (or multiple)
offence(s) in particular.

Please be aware that parking offences are the jurisdiction of the local
authority and therefore this information may not be retrievable from
Lancashire Constabulary.

The ‘clock’ counting down the 20 working day protocol for disclosure will
be stopped until clarification has been received from yourself. I.e.
clarification has been sought on the 11^th day, therefore when
clarification has been received we shall still have 9 working days to deal
with your request.

Please note that if we do not receive any clarification from you be
advised that your request will be closed with no further action after 20
working days.

If there is anything further you would like to discuss, please do not
hesitate to contact the team.

Regards,

Olivia.
