Please find below our response to your request.
All of Southwark's active permanent and experimental static restrictions
('static' refers in this case to all parking and waiting, loading and
stopping restrictions) are publicly accessible and available to download
in pdf-format from Southwark Council's Traffic Order map-based schedule,
'Streets': [1]https://streets.appyway.com/southwark (G... Chrome is the
recommended browser). This is Southwark's map-based schedule for all
static restrictions.
The Traffic Management Order that covers the 'at any time' waiting
restrictions (double yellow lines) at the location specified in the
request in London Bridge Street is LBS_2021_036. A PDF of this Traffic
Management Order is attached. However, you will need to download the
'launch' map-based schedule which is to be read in conjunction with the
above-listed Order, as due to its size (147MB) Southwark Council are not
sending this file digitally.
If you click on a restriction in 'Streets', you are given the option to
download a copy of the Traffic Order that that restriction is Made by, the
supporting document, as well as the details for that restriction (the Made
date, the restriction type, and operating days/hours and tariff if
applicable).

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. You should request this review within
two months of receiving this response, by contacting

may apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision.

have first exhausted our internal appeal procedure and you should contact
him within six weeks of the outcome of the internal review. Further
information on the Freedom of Information Act is available through the
