Traffic filters deployment - state of readiness
Dear Oxfordshire County Council,
Oxford's traffic filters scheme was initially due to be deployed this month, but have been deferred due to the ongoing Botley Road closures. The reopening timeframe for Botley Road is not in the public domain.
Given these two facts, I would like to understand Oxfordshire County Council's state of readiness regarding the traffic filters deployment, to help me understand how quickly they can be rolled out if - for example, OCC decides in favour of a partial deployment, notwithstanding the ongoing Botley Road Closure.
To that end, please provide me with:
A) the most recent Gannt chart / progress report etc, which indicates the state of readiness of the key workstreams that make up the overall delivery of the traffic filters scheme - i.e. camera installation, software build, comms plan, customer service team recruitment, internal evaluation processes to help determine eligibility for traffic filter permits etc.
B) recent internal / contractor correspondence etc which expand on the above, with a particular focus on the most recent state of software testing, comms plan development, and customer service team recruitment. For example, if any stage is complete, the last few correspondence to that effect; where a stage is not yet complete, the most recent correspondence that would enable me to understand the stage's current nearness to completion (i.e. "We've scheduled a couple of weeks in October to test the accuracy of the DLVA lookups from the installed cameras")
C) I am specifically (and separately, if relevant) interested in correspondence / documentation which establishes the likely time period between "the scheme will go live" public announcement and the actual "go live" date - along the lines of "the PR activities needs to run for at least two months to encourage sign ups for the permits before the scheme goes live".
The examples of correspondence offered in items B and C above are not intended to be specific search criteria - more indicative of the type of discussions I am looking for, and would find useful. Similarly, the examples offered in item A is indicative of the type of thing I would expect to see in the traffic filters project plan, and not (in itself) a specific keyword search request.
Yours faithfully,
Richard Parnham

Dear FOI Team,
To make life easier, please instead focus on request A. That is, please provide me with:
A) the most recent Gannt chart / progress report etc, which indicates the state of readiness of the key workstreams that make up the overall delivery of the traffic filters scheme - i.e. camera installation, software build, comms plan, customer service team recruitment, internal evaluation processes to help determine eligibility for traffic filter permits etc.
Once I have this, I will follow-up with separate FOIs, which will allow me to better understand the current state of readiness for various elements of the traffic filters scheme.
Noting that your clock to reply doesn't start ticking until I respond (i.e. with this message), it would seem reasonable that the definition of "most recent" would also be from today's date, if possible, rather than from the date of my initial request.
Yours sincerely,
Richard Parnham
