Dear CCBC TEC,

Thank you for your response, but can you please check whether these
figures contain some kind of error?

The figures for the total out-of-time declarations given here
appear to be about one tenth of those given in response to a
previous request dated 11 Aug 2010.

Yours sincerely,

Tom Evans

Dear CCBC TEC,

Please could you explain why it is taking so long to confirm or
deny that the figures supplied above are incorrect? Surely this is
a straightforward matter?

Yours sincerely,

Good Morning,

Thank you for your email.

Please resubmit your enquiry quoting your penalty charge number (PCN). This will be 2 letters followed by either 8 numbers or 7 numbers and a letter. We are unable to locate your case without it and therefore unable to deal with your enquiry.

Dear Ms Richards,

There appears to be some confusion. My last message concerns a
freedom of information request, not a penalty charge.

The sequence of correspondence can be viewed here:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/92...

I am waiting for a review into whether the figures supplied are
correct or incorrect, since they do not match those given in a
previous request.

Yours sincerely,

Tom Evans
