Traffic Data for B6145 - Thornton Road Bradford
Dear Bradford City Council,
The following request was made to the West Yorkshire Safety Camera Partnership, in reply they have stated that the information is held by Bradford MDC.
According to the website of the West Yorkshire Safety Camera Partnership, "The partnership continues to only enforce at pre-authorised locations that have been identified as a high risk of
collision." I am therefore requesting access to the most up-to-date data which forms the basis of the Partnership's decision to regard this rural road as having a "high risk of collision" - the criteria which the Partnership claims to use for siting a mobile speed camera. The parameters of this data are decided by the Partnership: the nature of the data, the level of detail and the period that it covers are parameters which have been set by the Partnership in making its assessment of this location. My request is for access to all of the data which is relevant to this decision so that I can assess its validity.
Reply from WYSCP: Please note that West Yorkshire Police only enforce on behalf of the
councils. As such, the relevant council will hold the information you require. Please look to redirect your request to Bradford Council.
Yours faithfully,
Jerry Diccox
