Dear Oxfordshire County Council,

Do the ANPR based filters in Cowley record when a vehicle goes through?

Please could you give me counts of vehicles which have passed through these filters, categorised by the kind of exemption, if the vehicle had one (for instance Taxi, Private Hire, Emergency services, Bus, other exemptions). Please also include vehicles which didn't have an exemption and received a fine, or had no exemption and somehow failed to be fined.

Ideally I'd like this hourly since the ANPR cameras went in. and in CSV format. So rows something like:

date, hour, taxis count, private hire count, bus count, etc
2023-05-18, 09:00, 12, 24, 2, ...

Please could you give me counts of vehicles which have passed through

Dear Oxfordshire County Council,

Thank you for clarifying that there is no log of when permitted vehicles pass through an ANPR filter, thank you also for the number of PCNs issued.

What monitoring does the council do of how many vehicles pass through the Cornwallis and Bartholomew Road filters? Has there been a survey to see how these filters are doing?

With regard to the number of PCNs issued, I would like to get a breakdown of that, but I'll put that in as a separate request for tidiness.
