I write in connection with your request for information which was received
by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) on 22/08/2020. I note you seek

Dear Mr Rymer,

 

I am contacting you in respect of your FOI request referenced above.

Having consulted with the MPS Roads and Traffic Policing Command (RTPC) it
is our view that your request will more than likely be cost refused
because of the work that would be involved to locate, retrieve and extract
the information requested. We therefore feel that your question/s would be
better answered by the Local Authority who are the owners of the scheme.
In this case Lambeth Council.

Please let me know whether you are happy to withdraw your MPS FOI request
and seek the information from the Local Authority, who can be contacted
via the below link.
