Request all vehicle collisions including injury or death on the follow road;  Merthyr Road Whitchurch Cardiff 
(one of the post codes for this road CF14 1JE)  
Request  for last 5 years  up to today’s date  4/4/2019 - vehicle collisions / traffic accidents along with injury to 
pedestrians heading in both directions-   From Junction Manor Way and Merthyr Road  along Merthyr Road 
passing all junctions to the junction of Merthyr Road and St David’s Road. 
 
RESPONSE 
 
A search has been conducted for Traffic incidents throughout the requested time period at the requested location.  
 
Each of these occurrences have been individually interrogated to establish their relevance and to remove any 
duplicates. This search has retrieved 21 results. 
 
Please note, these are not official South Wales Police figures as there is no statutory requirement to report to the 
Home Office at this level of granularity, therefore unless the exact same methodology is utilised (as detailed above)
