Dear Kerry,
Thank you for your holding reply.
It is surprising that some detail has not been agreed because a contractor has been on site since the 5th January, 2015 and temporary traffic lights in place and a notice erected says the works will carry on for seventeen weeks.
I would be grateful to receive the full details of the scheme as soon as they are available particularly how the scheme provides adequate and safe access/egress for wheelchair & pushchair users?
Yours sincerely,
Michael Edwards

We have requested a copy of the latest version of the proposed Section
278 highway improvements from the Highway Development Control team and
will forward these to you next week (w/c 19/2/15). The reason for the
delay is that we wished to also include details of some further highway
improvements proposed that sit out side of the Section 278 agreement that
are being directly funded by the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board
(BCUHB). As the BCUHB is the "owner" of these designs we have had to
request their permission for me to share these and we are still awaiting
this permission.
W will continue to chase this information and will share this with you as
soon as it is available.
Yours sincerely

Dear Mr Edwards
Please find attached a copy of the Section 278 works. We are still waiting
for the Betsi Cadwaldr University Health Board to agree to share the
