Please see the responses to your questions below, note that the team that
provided them advised that they were only able to break them down to
quarterly figures:

1) How many illegal vapes have been seized by the trading standards
service in the past year (January 2023 – January 2024)
1053

Qtr4- Jan – March 23 - 548
Qtr3 – Oct – Dec 23 - 505

2) Of these vapes, how many were tested for the presence of prohibited
substances
0

3) Of those tested, how many tested positive for fentanyl
0
