1. How many Fte Officers does Consumerline employ and/or engage as contractors and/or associates?

2. How many Fte Officers does Trading Standards employ and/or engage as contractors and/or associates?

3. How many of the combined ‘workforce’ numbers provided in response to questions 1 & 2 work above more than 2 days per week from home?

4. In the last 12 months how many calls have been made to Consumerline reporting a potential issue and / or seeking advice?

5. In the same 12 month period how many of these calls to consumwrline have been referred to Trading Standards?

6. In the same 12 month period how many referrals from Consumerline have led to a new investigation being initiated by Trading Standards?

6b. In the same 12 month period how many referrals from Consumerline have not led to an investigation?

7. In the same 12 month period how many investigations have led to a visit to a premises / trader / business?

8. In the same 12 month period how many investigations have led to enforcement action being taken?

9. In the same 12 month period how many investigations led to court cases being pursued?

10. How many investigating officers does Trading Standards employ and / or engage as a contractor / associate?

11. In the last 12 months how many investigations have there been by Trading Standards in the BT20 postcode?
