Dear [email address],Thank you for a reply. What process, procedure or policy is used when the Post Office Coms Team feels it needs to make a response to a matter?Imagine an article critical of the Post Office appears in Computer Weekly,Private Eye,Asian Trader,The Green Grocer,Legal Gazette,Times for example. In the absence of Trade Subscriptions how does POL satisfy itself that those tasked with rebutting the article have actually read it?Do you monitor PC usage for downloads or search history? Is a written instruction given to someone to draft a response or would all discussions be verbal in the Rod Ismay style?Who has formal responsibility within POL for dealing with such concerns?
Yours sincerely,
john o'sullivan
