MOPAC FOI, Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime

Dear Rob

Thank you for your request for information which the Mayor’s Office for Policing And Crime (MOPAC) received on January 3. I apologise for the delay in our response.

I can confirm that your request has been being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and that MOPAC does hold some information relating to your request.

You requested:

When will the Track My Crime online portal be developed and launched so that victims of crime are able to access information online about the progress of their cases?

Our response:

Due to the national funding stopping, the 'Track My Crime' portal is no longer in development. Alternative capabilities for an online portal for victims of crime are being explored in London and at a national level.

If you are unhappy with the response to your Freedom of Information request, please see the MOPAC website on what the next steps are at: https://www.london.gov.uk/what-we-do/may...

Yours sincerely,

Matt
