related rights of access to information which impose corresponding duties
on public authorities.  These are:

 

o The duty to inform the applicant whether or not information is held by
the authority and, if so,
o The duty to communicate that information to the applicant.

 

Thank you for your request received on 19 October 2020 for the following
information:

 

Please provide a list of all trees and their locations subject to a Tree
Preservation Order (TPO) that are located on council owned land (including
council housing estates)

 

Your request has been considered. Please find attached and below the
information relating to your request.

 

Details of Tree Preservation Orders (up to June 2017) in Redbridge are
available online at:

 This list outlines which properties in our Borough are impacted by a TPO.

 

This information is being supplied in a PDF format.

 

Trees in a conservation area, that are not protected by an Order, are
protected by the provisions in section 211 of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1990. There is no equivalent list of protected trees in these
areas, however, details of our conservation areas can be found using our

Under the provisions of section 211 and the notification required by those
intending to carry out works to trees in a conservation area, all
applications made are available via our planning application search
facility: [3]https://my.redbridge.gov.uk/planning
