We will respond to your request in accordance with the Environmental
Information Regulations 2004 within 20 working days.

You may also wish to check information published by Leeds City Council at
datamillnorth.org to see if the information you have requested is already
available.

We will endeavor to send all of the appropriate information you have
requested within statutory time scales, however if there is a large volume
of data we may need to send this to you in batches. Where this is the
case, we will contact you.

The Morley Town Investment Plan 2021 comprised the funding
application/business case and is available online:

Supporting Documents.

Details of the public consultations undertaken are included in the Morley
Towns Fund Community Engagement Final Report, December 2020 p.107 of the
MTIP Supporting Documents.

Martin Farrington, Director of City Development, Leeds City Council.

A7 & 8.  The Morley Town Deal Board has a private sector chair and private
sector representatives alongside local residents, local businesses,
voluntary organisations, Leeds City Councillors, Morley Town Councillors
and the MP for Morley.

Munro K are working in partnership with Leeds City Council to deliver one
of the projects within the TIP (White Rose Innovation Hub). Early
discussions have been undertaken with the owners of the New Pavilion and
St Mary’s Church on Troy Road.

I trust that this response is satisfactory. Under Regulation 11, however,
you are entitled to make representations to us if it appears that we have
failed to comply with a requirement of the Regulations in relation to your
request. Representations must be made to us no later than 40 working days
after the date you believe we failed to comply with such a requirement. 

We will then consider your representations and supporting evidence and
decide if we have complied, notifying you of our decision as soon as
possible, and no later than 40 working days after the date of receipt of
your representations. 

Under Regulation 18, you are then entitled to apply to the Information
Commissioner for a decision as to whether, in any specified respect, your
request has not been dealt with in accordance with parts 2 and 3 of the
Regulations.
