Richard Johnstone

Dear Walsall Borough Council,

Recently, Walsall Town Centre revealed a new Walsall Town Centre logo.

I am writing to ask for the following;

i) How much money was allocated to the consultation, design and realisation process in regards to the creation of this new logo?

ii) Where possible, please provide all relevant documentation relating to who the businesses or individuals from the town centre were, who formed part of the consultation committee relating to need and implementation of this new logo and on what basis they were selected for consultation?

iii) Please provide details of any financial transactions, or trading agreements, that Walsall Borough Council have in place, or are engaged with, specifically relating to businesses or individuals that were involved in the consultation process relating to the creation of the Walsall Town Centre logo.

iv) Exactly what consultation processes were undertaken to validate the need to invest in a town centre logo? What KPI's are in place to measure the logo's success moving forward and to what timescale has the investment been given with regards to measuring it's return on behalf of the Borough's tax payers?

Thank your your time and consideration in advance.

Yours faithfully,

Richard Johnstone
