Dear Northern Ireland Housing Executive, "Tower Block Action Plan was approved by
"The Housing Executive's board in March 2019 and was referred to the Department for
Communities for its consideration and endorsement. I would like the up-to-date business
case for Ferndale House, Dunmurry.
I am writing to confirm that the Housing Executive has now completed its search for the
information and would respond as follows:
Work on the business case for Ferndale House has not yet commenced.
If you feel the information we have provided does not adequately meet your request,
