The cost of the gifts was £11.64, plus postage. The County Council
contributed to the guesthouse that accommodated the writer to the value of
£135.00.

I refer to your email of 14th December, 2012.

I will respond to your questions in the order they were presented using
numbered points as headings for ease of reference.

"1. The websites which are referred to as having 'no set up costs'
were clearly set up by a member of staff or a website company, to
which there is a cost. Please could you provide details of the cost."

These websites were set up by Council staff. The time they spent on
them was not recorded, therefore we are unable to quantify the cost in
terms of staff time. We do not hold this information, therefore.

"2. Please can you also provide the number of unique users for each of
the Discover Carmarthenshire websites, not just the 'visits'."
We do not record unique users of the Discover Carmarthenshire site.

We have provided data for the Discover Carmarthenshire and the Discover
Llanelli websites and explained that we do not hold this data for the
Tref Llanelli and the Discover Carmarthen sites.

Having made further enquiries following your email, I can confirm that
we do not hold data on unique users in respect of any of these websites.

My response in respect of Discover Llanelli should therefore have read:

1,377 hits and 1,163 VISITS

"3. I would like a detailed breakdown of how much has been spent on
each site listed in my request, including staff time, all marketing
materials and signs that display the website names."

Again, as above, we do not hold this information.
