Dear Sir,
It seems your staff are trying to make life somewhat difficult and are ignoring many FOI's requests in which some have been passed on to (Max Caller) could your office please just reply to the matter of GGSD Ltd as to the go ahead and given full planning person to start this development 2021?

Subject: Great George Street Development Company Ltd Liverpool Chinatown

1/ So, we ask for the fourth time, Is GGSD Ltd (Known as Liverpool Chinatown project) the £258 million new development is back on track, and has LCC has given the developers full planning permission YES or NO?

2/ So are GGSD Ltd now about to start this long overdue six year wait and final put workers on site and has the "Liverpool City Council now approved this project with full planning permission?

As we cannot find any paperwork so will you provide this information?
Your staff within the FOI office are acting with incompetence and the administration is an embarrassment to the people of this city.

There has to be transparency, oversight and accountability, which is woefully lacking now, With these FOI’s.

Please this time can we have a name of the person of FOI officer to sign this one off?
