Thank you for your request for information on the number of pharmacy staff within Wye Valley NHS Trust. I apologise that this Trust has not responded within the statutory deadline. Changes in staff have led to some requests being overlooked. Details of how to make a complaint are given further in this response.

In Wye Valley NHS Trust 72 staff are employed in the Pharmacy Department County Hospital Hereford HR1 2ER. This is a headcount of both full time and part-time staff.

Job titles are:

Clinical Director
Clinical Pharmacist
Pharmacist
Senior Pharmacy Technician
Pharmacy Technician
Assistant Technical Officer
Medicines Optimisation
Student/Pre-Registration Pharmacist – these have been included in the headcount
Pharmacy Assistant
Pharmacy Administrator
Receptionist
