Dear Paul

Thank you for query in relation to our response to FOI / 2021-22-0028.
After carrying out an internal review of your request, it appears that we
sent you a dataset which contained figures relating to public health
funerals, instead of the dataset you asked for, which relates to the total
annual number of burials and cremations from 2015-2020.

I have now attached a document which contains the information you
requested. I hope this helps to answer your query but please let me know
if you have any questions. Please accept my apologies for any confusion
caused.

This concludes my internal review. If you remain dissatisfied, you can
contact the Information Commissioner’s Office for further help and
assistance.
