Dear Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council,

Under the Freedom of Information Act i formally request that you provide me with the following information.

The total number of burials and cremations in the Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council jurisdiction from Jan 2015 to Dec 2020 listed separately and annually.
If it is not possible to list burials and cremations separately it will be acceptable to list them together.

This is not the information I requested.

The information I need is as follows.

The total number of burials and cremations each year, 2015 to 2020 as figures for each year with burial number and cremation numbers listed separately.

I do not require any personal details I. E.
Names, addresses of the deceased etc, simply how many per year.

I have sent this request to 47 local authorities and they have returned the information requested.

The information I need is as follows:

The total number of burials and cremations each year, 2015 to 2020 as
figures for each year with burial number and cremation numbers listed
separately.

I do not require any personal details I. E.
Names, addresses of the deceased etc, simply how many per year.
 
 
We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000  and aim to send a response by 5 March 2021. However, please note
that due to the current national emergency (COVID-19) the response date
of 5 March 2021 may be delayed as resources, whether they are finances or
people, may be diverted away from usual compliance or information rights
work during this extraordinary period.
 
If we decide a fee may be payable in this case, we will send you a fee
notice and will require payment before proceeding with your request.
 
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 may restrict the release of some or
all of the information you have requested. We will carry out an assessment
and if any exemptions apply to some or all of it, then we might not
provide that information to you. We will inform you if this is the case
and advise you of your rights to request an internal review and to
complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
