Dear Scottish Government,

I would like to know how much funding the Scottish Government has allocated to NHS Grampian for the construction of a new MRI suite as well as refurbishment of Ward 4 at Dr Gray's Hospital in Elgin before the projects were paused indefinitely due to uncertainties regarding funding?
