Dear West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust,

Please provide the answer to this freedom of information request:

1) How much does it cost West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (WMASFT) to provide a full set of uniform, including all personal protective equipment, for a new member of clinical frontline staff?

Including the following items:

- Boots
- Trousers
- Belt
- Shirts
- Vests
- Socks
- Gloves
- Radio Clip
- Glove pouch
- High visibility jacket
- Waterproof jacket
- Soft shell jacket
- Rank epaulettes
- Helmet
- Kit bag
- Inserts for high visibility jacket and waterproof jacket

2) Upon the resignation/dismissal of a member of staff, are any elements of this uniform re-issued to other members of staff? If so, which items would WMASFT deem acceptable to re-issue (assuming they are in good condition, I.E barely worn/used).

3) Upon the resignation/dismissal of a member of staff, are any elements of this uniform disposed of (regardless of condition)? If so, which items would WMASFT dispose of?

3) At what cost are uniform items disposed of?
