Dear Southwark Borough Council,

Please provide me with a statement detailing all the costs that Southwark Council has incurred to date from its Elephant & Castle regeneration project since its inception 12 years ago. Please include all payments made to consultants, architects and contractors, plus salaries of council staff and councillors involved in the project. Please also include costs associated with emptying and securing properties on the Heygate estate, and costs associated with rehousing its residents.

Please provide me with a statement detailing all the costs that
     Southwark Council has incurred to date from its Elephant & Castle
     regeneration project since its inception 12 years ago. Please

Your request is being dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
and you will receive a response within 20 working days of the date that we
received your request.

If the information you requested contains reference to a third party then
they may be consulted before a decision is taken on whether or not to
release the information to you.  You will be informed if this is the case.

the requested information.  There will be an assessment and if any of the
exemption categories apply then the information may not be released.  You

Please provide me with a statement detailing all the costs that Southwark
Council has incurred to date from its Elephant & Castle regeneration
project since its inception 12 years ago. Please   include all payments
made to consultants, architects and contractors, plus salaries of council
staff and councillors involved in the project. Please also include costs
associated with emptying and securing properties on the Heygate estate,
and costs associated with rehousing its residents.

Under section 21 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in
response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you,
therefore in accordance with section 17 of the Act this letter acts as a
Refusal Notice.

However, in line with section 16 of the Act and our duty to provide advice
and assistance we would like to provide you with the following
information.
