Dear Mr Dougherty,

Thank you for your further email dated 23.10.19 in which you chase a response to your original FOI dated 20.09.19.

Our records show that a response to your original request was returned via email on 23.09.19, advising that the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Humberside does not hold that information and that it may be held by Humberside Police. I did offer to transfer your request to them with your consent but having received no response, made the assumption that you do not wish me to do so and would submit your request directly to the Force Information Compliance unit at the address given within my email.

I have included my response of 23.09.09 (below) for your records.

Kind Regards

Dear Mr Wise/Dougherty

Please accept my apologies - you are quite correct; having checked our records again, I did indeed forward this on to the Force on 30.09 following consent (as email trail below shows)

Regrettably I am unable to assist further on this occasion as this is a Force matter which sits with the Force Information Compliance Unit.
The Police and Commissioner and Chief Constable are separate data controllers in their own right and we in the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner do not hold the records you have requested.

I have copied this response to the Force Information Compliance Unit marked as High Importance and trust that they will be in touch to assist you.

Kind Regards
