Topic requests to scrutiny committees

FOI.Wales made this Freedom of Information request to Denbighshire County Council as part of a batch sent to 22 authorities Automatic anti-spam measures are in place for this older request. Please let us know if a further response is expected or if you are having trouble responding.

We're waiting for FOI.Wales to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Denbighshire County Council,

I would like to request copies of all submitted (even if rejected) 'topic request' forms for the last three years.

The forms may have a different name or term locally, but will be a manner where elected members (or other) can request a scrutiny committee (or similar) to consider or debate an issue.

Yours faithfully,

Rob Taylor

Denbighshire County Council

Dear Rob Taylor

respond to your request by 11/03/2025.  In some cases, however, we may be

Hi,

List of topics would be great - or whatever information is easiest to supply, ie. if you have all the forms there and are fine to publish, those will do rather than going through the lot!

Cheers
Rob

Information, Denbighshire County Council

Dear Mr Taylor - it is easier for me to make a list as the forms were never meant for publication and they would require redaction. Some are handwritten which would identify individuals for example.
