I would like a list of the top 20 -30 subcontractors, suppliers or service provider company names you that provide any forms of facilities & estates management services such as contract cleaning , maintenance , plumbing, electrical, roofing, work , gardening, landscaping, pest control, furniture.
These will be companies you may have framework agreements with.

Please check ‘University contracts’ at the bottom paragraph on the website provided. Once you clicked on ‘University contracts’ the list will download in excel format. The list/spreadsheet can be sorted by category. For better reference, Estates contracts are at the top of the list.
