In the consultation on the Tolworth Roundabout proposal, TfL mentions:

"Starts in October for six weeks  1900 addresses identified for letter drop which includes o 14 schools and Colleges o 3 Healthcare organisations o 3 Religious organisations o 1 Youth Group  Static display showing scheme to be installed in local library.  TfL website to also detail consultation details"

I would like to request the following information:

1. Please can you confirm the names of the streets and 2. the number of households on each street to which you did a letter drop regarding the above consultation?

3. Please can you send the addresses to which a letter was "dropped"

4. Please can you send a copy of the letter that was "dropped"?

5. Please can you send the names of the schools and colleges, healthcare organisations, religious organisations and the youth group that received the letter?

6. Please can you send the name of the local library in which a static display showing the scheme was installed, the exact location of the display in the library and the dates that the display was available to view?

7. Please can you send information on which residents' associations received a copy of the letter referred to in the letter "drop"?
