to seek a remedy through East Cheshire Council and their various departments

We're waiting for wesley ahmed to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Cheshire East Council,
We have been trying to seek a remedy through East Cheshire Council and their various departments to no avail, thus I sent a letter to East Cheshire council on the 9th Day of December 2015 and it had taken those two months to respond that entailed:
That we received an email off H M Sweeny & M Hill on the 25th Day of January 2016. After receiving an email from “let me know” [which could of ended up in the junk pile as it was not addressed correctly] on the 28th Day of January we replied to your email straightaway stating that we were going to attend the court hearing as it states in your guidelines that if we were to attend East Cheshire council would stop the hearing being processed and that you would get back to us with an amended court date for myself and my partner to attend, But East Cheshire Council carried on regardless and ignored us completely.

Please confirm the judicial route of appeal regards to a liability order or orders you obtained at Crewe Magistrates Court on the 29th Day of January 2016?

Please confirm that this is a HMCTS order?

Please confirm the amount of Liability orders which were obtained through your bulk order at Crewe magistrate’s court on the 29th Day of January 2016?

Please confirm what CPR & jurisdiction was held under on the 29th Day of January 2016?

Please conform how much the liability was made for and how much additional costs attached to the liability order?

Please give me a certified copy of the TOP copy of the Bulk Liability orders which were made on the 29th January 2016.

Finally please also confirm how many personal liability orders were made in connection to my property at Crewe Magistrates Court at 11 o'clock on the 29th January 2016?

Yours faithfully,

Wesley Ahmed
