Can you also explain why you are using Environmental Information Regulations 2004, and not the Freedom of Information Act 2000?

Dear Westminster City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Westminster City Council's handling of my FOI request 'TMO'.

What I have received is not a Traffic Management Order

https://www.westminstertransportationser...

Is a link to your own website, where you can search for TMOs. This is just one example. The Met Police said in relation to a crime that you will have a TMO for the street closure on the 31st December. Your website doesn't have one. What you have provided is a document about planning for the event which I didn't request.

Can you supply the actual TMO, or confirm that there wasn't one in place?

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/tmo

Just out of interest, and this is for anyone else reading the first response, can you please state what the following abbreviations are. That would help anyone reading what you have supplied understand what's going on.

HVM TTO
WCC
ATTRO
TEN
BAU
VMS
