Dear Boston Port Health Authority,

This request relates to UK Legislation, specifically TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections.
Q. Are you responsible for any buildings with more than 12kw of air conditioning present?
Q. Who is the responsible person for ensuring that your buildings are inspected and reports lodged, please provide the name, address, and telephone number of the responsible person.
Q. If your TM44 Air Conditioning Inspection Certificates are in place, what is their expiry date?
Q. What was the order value of the works placed with the Company who undertook the work?
Q. How many Certificates were produced?
Q. Was the TM44 Inspector independent as required under the Regulations?
Q. Name the Inspector Organisation.

Thank you for your information access request received on the 23rd October 2016 where you asked for information relating to TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections.

Under Section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 we can confirm that Boston Borough Council does not hold the information specified in your request. Although we are the Boston Port Health Authority, we do not hold information on air conditioning inspections. I have carried out some research and it appears that trading standards are the responsible authority for air conditioning inspections so you may wish to contact Trading Standards for this information: Alternatively, you could contact the Port of Boston direct:
