Thank you for your request for information of 22/09/2016 which has been processed in line with the terms of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004. You asked the following:

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the information requested as it is not held by the Council. The Council is therefore relying on the exception under regulation 10(4)(a) of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004.

At present we have 2 visitor centres in the Pentlands, Harlaw which is in CEC ownership and Flotterstone which is in Midlothian Council ownership. However, neither of these buildings have air conditioning present.

Please note that this letter constitutes a formal notice under regulation 13 of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004.
