Thank you for your request for information, which was received by
Manchester City Council on 27th July 2016 and has been considered under
the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (“the 2000 Act”).

In response to your request, I have summarised the information as follows.

Q. Are you responsible for any buildings with more than 12kw of air
conditioning present?
A. Yes.
Q. Who is the responsible person for ensuring that your buildings are
inspected and reports lodged, please provide the name, address, and
telephone number of the responsible person.
A. Facilities Management, Manchester City Council, Block A, Hooper Street
Depot, Hooper Street (off Midland Street), Ardwick, Manchester M12 6LA.

Q. If your TM44 Air Conditioning Inspection Certificates are in place,
what is their expiry date?
A. Between September 2017 and January 2018
Q. What was the order value of the works placed with the Company who
undertook the work?
A. This is commercially sensitive information.
Q. How many Certificates were produced?
A. 22 reports produced and a further 15 sites visited which clarified a
report was not necessary.
Q. Was the TM44 Inspector independent as required under the Regulations?
A. Yes.
Q. Name the Inspector Organisation.
A. Trident Utilities Limited, Trident House, Whitehall Drive, Whitehall
Business Park, Westby. FY4 5LW.
